The importance of bare copper wire Bare copper wire is the main material for manufacturing magnet wire, electric wire and cable. According to industry classification, bare copper wire manufacturing refers to the industry dedicated to manufacture electric copper bar for electric wire and cable industry as well as to extend the copper bar into copper wire of various diameters as required. The manufacturer of bare copper wire is thus regarded as the upriver supplier in the industry of electric wire and cable manufacturing. Therefore, the quality of bare copper wire can directly determines the quality, function and producing efficiency of downriver products, and hence commands a significant and determining role in the whole industry of electric wire and cable。 |
Bare copper wire produced by us The Group is capable of manufacturing bare copper wire with different diameters from 8mm to 1.3mm, which are mainly provided to magnet wire manufactures, sometimes manufactures who reproduce the bare copper wire into the required wire shape as well (such as manufacturers of electric wire and cable, electric wire and cable for telecommunication and infrastructure). |

Bare copper wires produced and sold by the Group are mainly: Soft copper wire: bare copper wire with a diameter of 8.0mm. Soft copper wire: bare copper wire with the diameter from 3.2mm to 1.3mm. Hard copper wire: bare copper wire with the diameter from 3.2mm to 1.3mm. |

Types of Magnet Wire Magnet wire, as a kind of electric wire utilized in coil of electric & magnet equipments, is generally made up of copper with a layer of insulating varnish on. Magnet wire is an indispensable spare part of all kinds of electric appliances and machinery & electric products in different industries. Generally speaking, magnet wire can fall into different types by different parameters, such as, conducting material, insulating material, diameter, insulation and heat-resistance grade, insulation depth and other features (like color and varnished coating). The key standard to classify magnet wire is “heat-resistance grade” which refers to the topmost continuously operating temperature suggested by insulation requirement. The standard heat-resistance grade extends from 105℃ to 220℃. The magnet wire enjoying high heat-resistance is generally considered as top-grade product whose production requires advanced technology. |

Magnet wire can also be divided into regular magnet wire and bonding magnet wire, the latter of which is a kind of combination of traditional film insulating magnet wire and binding coating magnet wire. According to the difference in diameter, magnet wire can also be classified into thick magnet wire, medium magnet wire, regular magnet wire, tiny magnet wire and super-tiny magnet wire.

The magnet wire produced by the Group serves as the main spare part for various motors and engines, including air-conditioning compressor, communication facilities, watch coil, electro-motion facilities, auto engine, thermometer, alternating-current generator, transformer, and all kinds of coils.
