According to the report issued by Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute, Tai-I Jiang (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd (hereinafter called Tai-I Jiang Corp) is the third largest manufacturer of bare cooper wire in China, and the first in the Pearl River Delta region in terms of output in 2005. According to the survey and analysis on top 100 Taiwan enterprises in the Mainland prepared by Taiwan Business Times in 2007, Tai-I Jiang Corp ranks the 30th, one of the 15 enterprises that can rank top 100 after 3 years’ development.

According to the data collected by Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute, Tai-I Copper (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd (Hereinafter called “Tai-I Copper”) is one of the 10 largest magnet wire manufacturers in China in 2004 as far as the turnover is concerned. The annual output of Tai-I Jiang amounts to 150,000 tons, and that of Tai-I Copper reaches 50,000 tons.

 

    The holding shareholder of the Group is the Tai-I International Co., Ltd (Hereinafter called “Tai-I International’) which is established in Taiwan and holds three companies mainly engaged in manufacturing electric cable, magnet wire and varnish as well as offering electric cable installation service. Tai-I International, through Tai-I International Development Co., Ltd and Tai-I International (Singapore), separately established Tai-I Jiang Corp and Tai-I Copper in 1997 in the view of developing market in south China as well as satisfying the market demands of bare copper wire and magnet wire in China. Since then, Tai-I International and its subsidiaries (including the Group) have been mainly engaged in the production and sale of electric wire & cable products (magnet wire, bare copper wire and electric cable) as well as polymer (such as varnish) for electric wire & cable products. Via great efforts and fast development, Tai-I International (including the Group) has been developed into a leading manufacturer of electric wire & cable in the Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao according to the report by Taiwan Business Weekly issued in May 2007.

It is mainly engaged in trade business and technical consulting services for the parent. Primarily produce magnet wires used for electromagnet apparatuses.

Registered and established in Singapore on March 14th 1997, Tai-I international Development Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Tai-I International Holding Limited. It is mainly engaged in trade business and technical consulting services for the parent. Primarily produce and supply electric cables, power wires, communication & infrastructure wires and bare copper wires。

 

     Tai-I Copper (BVI) Co., Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tai-I International Holding Limited)

Registered and established in British Virgin Islands on March 7, 2006 to hold all the stakes in TAI-I Jiang Corp (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd and TAI-I Copper (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd, it became the sole investor in these two principal operating companies of the Group。

Registered and established on May 19th 1997 in Guangzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone, it mainly produces and sells electric cables, power wires, communication & infrastructure wires and bare copper wires for cable manufacturers。

 

     Tai-I Copper (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd (one of the main operating companies of the Group)

Registered and established on March 19th 1997 in Guangzhou Development District, It mainly produces magnet wires。

 

    The manufacturing base of the Group is located in Guangzhou Economic & Technical Development Zone, including 1 factory of bare copper wire and two magnet wire factories separately covering and area of 20,230 m2 and 105,254m2. Strategically, the establishment of manufacturing base in Guangdong province makes it extremely convenient for us to contact customers from the Pearl River Delta region. Such vertically integrated business structure also enables the Group to get a sufficient supply of high-quality material (bare copper wire produced by A grade electrolytic copper) to produce magnet wire since bare copper wire is the main material to produce magnet wire. Moreover, since these two manufacturing facilities stand close to each other, expenses on freight and warehouse are thus reduced, and the overall production efficiency of the group is therefore highly increased。
